What is guaranteed

Where the line between revision and new work sits
A revision covers the desk's own errors. A criterion the draft never answered, a brief read wrongly, a format that does not match the unit, a citation propping up a sentence it cannot support. Each of those goes back to the person who wrote the draft, since a repair done by a stranger arrives in a second voice.
New work is anything the original brief did not contain: a prompt your instructor rewrote, an argument you have changed your mind about, a requirement that surfaced after intake. It carries its own figure, offered before a word of it is written.
What is never promised

A desk promising an A on a graduate nursing paper is promising something it does not control, and the promise usually arrives wrapped in conditions that make it unclaimable anyway. What can be promised is that every criterion the rubric names is answered, which is the part actually within reach.
When something goes wrong
One line in reply to the delivery email is enough. A missed row, a misread brief or a broken format reopens with the original writer immediately, without anyone having to make a case for it. A date missed for the desk's own reasons is the desk's failure and gets handled that way rather than debated.
The window runs through the grading of your unit, which means comments landing after you submit can still be worked in. Semesters on an unusual schedule are matched at intake if you mention it there.

Herzing has no A plus. Does that change what you will promise?
It changes only the wording. The scale tops out at an A and no outside desk controls whether a grader awards one. The guarantee stays where it belongs: every rubric criterion answered, revised until it matches, however your instructor marks it.
An originality report flagged part of my paper.
Send the report. Matched reference entries and standard clinical phrasing are ordinary and usually need nothing. Anything that genuinely matches a source is rewritten straight away and free, because a paper doing that failed the one check it was supposed to survive.
My instructor changed the prompt after the draft arrived.
Send the revised prompt. Every part of the draft that still satisfies it is kept, and only the requirement that is genuinely new gets a figure, which is normally an addition rather than a restart. Mid semester edits happen often enough here to be treated as routine.
What happens if a delivery runs late?
You hear before the date rather than after it, and the desk absorbs the consequence instead of the student. Depending on what is still recoverable that means an accelerated redraft, a partial refund, or both. Materials arriving days after intake are a different conversation, and it happens in advance.
Does using this desk put my standing at risk?
